Return & Warranty Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing Poongia Lighting products. Below is our updated return and warranty policy:

15-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 15 days after receiving your item.

If your product has a manufacturing defect, damage, or quality issue, we will provide a free return label and arrange a replacement or refund.

If you wish to return the product for personal reasons (e.g. dislike, no longer needed), you may still return it within 15 days, but you will be responsible for sending the product back to our local service warehouse at your own cost.

 

What Items Are Returnable?

You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.
1: To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, and undamaged.
2: The product needs to be returned with the attached accessories and gifts as well as the original receipt, and warranty card.
3: The product must be returned in the original packaging

Proof of purchase is required.

Warranty Coverage

3-Year Limited Warranty:

All Poongia Lighting products come with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.

If a part is damaged, we will send a replacement part free of charge.If a serious issue occurs that cannot be resolved with replacement parts, we will ship a new replacement product.

After 3 Years:

If your product is damaged after the warranty period, we will continue to support you by offering paid replacement parts at a reasonable cost. 

 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
